McHale Internal Operations Films

McHale is a leading international manufacturer of specialist agricultural farm machinery.

As an in-house designer / videographer I was based primarily in the marketing department but would occasionally work directly with other teams, Health and Safety, HR, R&D, Service and Operations to create video content for both internal and external communications.

As part of the factory tour, I showed how the private areas of our plant operated; I animated safety videos for tours as well as onboarding films for new staff. I made recruitment videos for HR and operational communications for our sister factory in Hungary. For the service department I made explainers and troubleshooting videos.

Working with these teams to define the goals and outcome, I shot, edited and produced all of these films.
